Turn cooking mode on
1.
Cook the pasta as per the packet instructions.
150 g Pasta

Add a drizzle of olive oil and onion to a pan. Brown on medium heat for 3 minutes.

Add the garlic and cook for another 2 minutes.

Add the smoked paprika, garlic, parsley, and chilli powder.

Add the tomato puree, mix well, and cook for another 1 minute.

Add the cream and 150 ml of the pasta water. Mix well and bring to a simmer.
100 ml Double cream
7.
Reduce to low heat and add the cheese. Leave on the heat for another 2 minutes, then add the cooked pasta.
40 g Parmesan
50 g Four cheese mix
For steak
1.
Remove the steak from the fridge 30 minutes before cooking. Season the steak with salt, pepper, and oil.
2 Steak
1 pinch Salt
1 pinch Pepper

Bring a pan to high heat, then add the steak. For medium rare, cook for 2 minutes, flip, and cook for another 2 minutes.
3.
Render the fat by holding the steak fat-side down in the pan for 2 minutes.
4.
Leave the steak to rest for around 5 minutes, then slice and serve on top of the pasta.
