Step 1

Preheat the oven to 185C.

Step 2

Add the bananas to a bowl and mash until smooth. Add the oats, protein powder, milk, lemon extract, baking powder, and lemon zest, then mix well until fully combined.

200 g Rolled oats

2 Ripe bananas

300 ml Milk

60 g Vanilla protein powder

2 tsp Lemon extract

1 Lemon zest

1 tsp Baking powder

Lemon zest

Step 3

Split the mixture between 4 ovenproof dishes, or add it to one dish and split it up when cooked. Top with the blueberries and yoghurt.

100 g Blueberries

4 tbsp Fat free yoghurt

Step 4

Bake for 35-40 minutes at 185C, until a knife comes out clean.

Step 5

The oats will continue to cook slightly once they come out of the oven, so allow to cool before serving. Enjoy straight away or store in the fridge for up to 3 days.

Step 6

To warm back through, microwave for 90 seconds or air fry for 7 minutes at 190C.
